Privacy & Usage

At BriqMind, as we define the boundaries of autonomous AI agents in business, we place transparency, ethical use, and international data privacy laws such as GDPR and KVKK at the core of our system.

01Our AI Privacy Pact

Unlike traditional technology companies, we do not treat user data as a product. Our autonomous agents, the Birk models, may need access to your company's deepest databases or source code. That is why we built our privacy policy around a zero-training-data rule.

Zero-Training Commitment

The prompts you send us, the documents you upload, or the logs generated by our agents are never used to train or improve our foundation models. Your data is processed only to produce the response at that moment and is immediately destroyed unless optional memory features are enabled.

Opt-In Based Memory

Long-Term Memory, powered by Vector DB, is disabled by default. It is activated only with your explicit opt-in consent and can be irreversibly deleted with a single action whenever you choose.

02User Rights and GDPR Compliance

International Fund Readiness

BriqMind infrastructure is designed to meet the strict audit standards that may be required for future European Union incentives, international startup funds, or global enterprise customers.

Right to be Forgotten

Your users and company employees can request permanent deletion of all personal traces and past model interactions in the system. This operation is automatically executed across all database clusters within a maximum of 48 hours.

GDPR Art. 17

Data Portability

The enterprise knowledge base, fine-tuning datasets, or usage statistics you upload to our system are not locked into the platform. You can export all your data at any time in standard JSON or CSV format.

GDPR Art. 20

Informed Consent & Transparency

Before an autonomous AI agent takes an action, the possible system-side effects of that decision, such as updating rows in a database, are logged. We reject the black-box approach.

Transparency

03Telemetry and Usage Data

We collect limited telemetry to improve our infrastructure, detect service interruptions, and observe the general health of our models. What we do not collect matters more than what we do collect.

Data We Collect

  • API response times, latency, and error codes such as HTTP 500.
  • GPU memory consumption metrics and tokens-per-second speeds.
  • Anonymous crash dumps for application failures.

Data We Never Collect

  • The text content of your prompts or system responses.
  • Enterprise database results returned through tools.
  • Your IP address after session handling; it is immediately encrypted or anonymized.

04Agent Terms of Use and Ethical Boundaries

Legal Notice

The core principles and restrictions you must accept when using BriqMind APIs and autonomous agents are listed below. If our systems are abused, your API access may be suspended without prior notice.

Prohibited Use Cases

Using our models to develop malware or ransomware, conduct cyberattacks outside authorized penetration testing, run disinformation campaigns, create phishing content, or organize illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

Responsibility for Autonomous Operations

Birk Agents may take autonomous decisions and perform operations on your company's databases through tools such as execute_sql. Legal and commercial responsibility for potential impacts on your business processes, such as data deletion or an incorrect API call, belongs to the user. We recommend using human-in-the-loop approval mechanisms for all critical operations.

Copyright and Output Ownership

All intellectual property and copyright rights in every report, source code artifact, analysis, or text produced by our agents belong entirely to you. BriqMind does not claim any rights over system-generated outputs and does not benefit from them.
