About the Team

You’ll work with a small, product-minded engineering team building AI systems for real enterprise workflows. The team is deliberately cross-functional: product, AI, frontend, platform, and design decisions are made close to the work instead of being passed between isolated layers. We care about clear thinking, fast iteration, strong ownership, and production quality. That means we expect engineers to understand the user problem, shape the technical approach, ship carefully, measure what happens, and improve the system after it reaches production.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll build the primary product surfaces where users experience BriqMind. Frontend work in an AI product is not just drawing screens; it means making streaming responses, loading states, tool calls, errors, and trust-building interactions feel clear and dependable. You’ll build fast, accessible, responsive, production-grade interfaces with Next.js and TypeScript while keeping the component system sustainable.

What You’ll Do

• Build production-grade user interfaces with Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Design clear interaction patterns for AI responses, streaming states, and tool activity.
• Create responsive, accessible, performant components that are easy to maintain.
• Translate design detail into product experiences that feel polished and reliable.

You Might Thrive Here If You

• Real product experience with Next.js App Router, React, and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Vercel AI SDK, streaming interfaces, chat surfaces, or agent UI.
• Strong attention to responsive layout, accessibility, loading states, and browser details.
• Ability to work with design systems and turn UI decisions into durable components.
• Experience with Framer Motion, charts, command palettes, or complex dashboards.
• Ability to understand API boundaries and ship features end to end.
• Experience with Vercel deployment, analytics, and performance budgets.
