DevOps Engineer
Platform engineer who will build reliable cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability for an AI platform.
About the Team
You’ll work with a small, product-minded engineering team building AI systems for real enterprise workflows. The team is deliberately cross-functional: product, AI, frontend, platform, and design decisions are made close to the work instead of being passed between isolated layers. We care about clear thinking, fast iteration, strong ownership, and production quality. That means we expect engineers to understand the user problem, shape the technical approach, ship carefully, measure what happens, and improve the system after it reaches production.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll own the infrastructure layer that keeps BriqMind’s AI platform reliable. Deployment, CI/CD, observability, incident response, secrets management, cloud cost, and security hardening will be part of your daily work. The goal is to make a complex platform operationally simple, automated, observable, and easy to roll back. Because AI workloads behave differently from classic web services, you’ll also think deeply about queues, rate limits, latency, external provider dependencies, and data security.
What You’ll Do
- Make CI/CD pipelines fast, reliable, observable, and rollback-friendly.
- Manage cloud infrastructure with infrastructure-as-code and monitor cost-performance tradeoffs.
- Build monitoring, alerting, logging, and incident response practices.
- Strengthen secrets, networking, rate limits, and data security for AI services.
You Might Thrive Here If You
- Strong operational experience with Docker, Linux, networking, and cloud services.
- Experience managing production infrastructure with Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Systematic habits around CI/CD, observability, incident handling, and reliability.
- Ability to apply security, secrets management, and least-privilege principles in practice.
- Production Kubernetes operations experience.
- Experience with Vercel, edge runtimes, or serverless platforms.
- Experience with GPU, queue, or batch processing infrastructure for AI workloads.
About BriqMind
BriqMind is building an enterprise intelligence platform that helps teams turn daily work into reliable AI-powered workflows. We believe AI products should be useful beyond demos: they should connect to the tools companies already use, respect security boundaries, explain what they are doing, and produce measurable outcomes. Our focus is simple: useful agents, secure integrations, dependable orchestration, and software that feels calm under pressure. We are building for teams that need speed, but also need trust, auditability, and long-term maintainability.
